Shipping policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your juice or shots show up to you the way they’re meant to be consumed – fresh! To maintain this level of quality, all orders are packed with ice packs and shipped cold and ship via UPS/DHL/USPS 1-2 day depending on the delivery location (see the full breakdown below).

• Orders placed on Monday by Midnight PST: Orders placed on Monday will be processed and shipped Tuesday (the next day). Earliest delivery will be Wednesday (same week) if you are within a one-day ground shipping radius (applies to locations on the west coast) or Thursday (same week) if you are in a two-day shipping radius.
• Orders placed on Tuesday by Midnight PST: Orders placed on Tuesday will be processed and shipped Wednesday (the next day). Earliest delivery will be Thursday (same week) if you are within a one-day ground shipping radius (applies to locations on the west coast) or Friday (same week) if you are in a two-day shipping radius.
• Orders placed on Wednesday through Sunday by Midnight PST: Orders placed on Wednesday through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Earliest delivery will be Tuesday (following week) if you are within a one-day ground shipping radius (applies to locations on the west coast) or Wednesday (following week) if you are in a two-day shipping radius.

*Order processing times + shipment/delivery dates subject to change in the event of a national holiday or during other high demand periods. 

Shipping Costs

We use UPS for all of our shipments. Shipping costs are automatically generated based on your order weight and delivery location.

Cancellation/Change Policy

We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm PST). For help with an unprocessed order, please reach out to info@elcantarito44.com.
